GLUTEN FREE NOODLE @ RUMAH KIBOO GARDEN PARTY
Rumah KIBOO is an agent of change, providing the public with a perspective on real food. Real food is the food that is most readily available in our surroundings. Understanding the source of food, including the upstream and downstream processes, is easy for the general public to understand. Rumah KIBOO, at Terra Madre Day 2025, invited a group of mothers to understand the meaning of real food in gluten-free noodles made from locally sourced ingredients. Dried noodles are a preserved product that is easy to store and is a favorite among families today. Cooking is a skill that combines sensitivity and love of craft. Cooking and eating become enjoyable arenas that are expected to invite learning to understand the true meaning of food.
Through the lovely warmhands of mothers, it is hoped that they can become agents of change for all communities, helping them better understand the meaning of food within the ever-changing food culture.
