Good, Clean & Fair Food for All — Terra Madre Day
PSUS Slow Food Community will celebrate Terra Madre Day on 10 December 2026 with a conference and community food fair. At 10:00 AM, “Growing Together for Good, Clean and Fair Food” will bring together community members and stakeholders to discuss sustainable agriculture, healthy eating, and local food traditions. At 2:00 PM, “Celebrating Local Flavors: Fruit, Vegetable, and Traditional Pitha Fair 2026” will showcase organic fruits and vegetables grown by Slow Food community members. Women members will display a variety of traditional pitha and offer tastings to representatives of government and non-government organizations, invited guests, and the public. The event will promote safe, nutritious local food, celebrate food heritage, recognize women’s contributions, and strengthen connections between producers and consumers.
