Revere the Soil
The event includes a farm tour through Uyirmai Slow Food Farm, Planting of a Food Forest, Cooking, and eating a millet-based lunch with vegetables sourced from wild edibles, and the inauguration of J C Kumarappa Memorial Research Center for Systemic Action Research on Sovereign Food Systems. The event is intended to create awareness about designing an ecologically conscious life system based on conscious consumption and the use of regenerative resources and technologies to support life on earth.
