Slow Food Prahova meets Slow Food Scandinavia
Our Terra Madre Day event brings together around 30 local producers, artisans, decision-makers, chefs, winemakers, and community leaders from Prahova to explore how we can build a strong local Slow Food network. The meeting includes an intervention from Andreas Aspevolt (Slow Food Scandinavia), who will share European perspectives on community building, food heritage and sustainable gastronomy. Participants will engage in open discussions, exchange experiences, and identify collaboration opportunities that support good, clean and fair food in the Dealu Mare region. The event contributes to community cohesion, highlights local producers, and sets the foundation for the future Slow Food Prahova community.
