Sufrah Da’emah
Sufra Da’ema is an annual community event dedicated to raising awareness about food waste
through collective cooking, creativity and celebration. Sufra Brings together volunteers, chefs,
artists, and families. To rescue surplus food, transform it into delicious meals and share festive
tables. With music, hands-on experiences and storytelling, the event promotes sustainable living
and honors traditional food values. Turning waste into a joyful act of change.
