Terra Madre Feier
We are celebrating the worldwide Slow Food event **“TERRA MADRE”**, honouring the alliances of farmers, producers, chefs and food processors committed to good food.
Enjoy freshly prepared dishes by **Slow Food Chef Alliance members Bernhard Wolf and Manuel Reheis**, featuring ingredients from the **Slow Food Ark of Taste**.
Our guests are **Antonia and Roland from Habeker Hof** in Haar. Their robust heritage grain, **“Eglfinger Zimbern,”** was accepted into the **Slow Food Ark of Taste in 2026**.
We are also joined by **Krümel & Korn Bakery**, with Michi, Paul and their daughter Amalie, who is completing her apprenticeship in the family business.
The programme is rounded off by a **short film about a journey to fishermen and farmers in Croatia**, featuring Bernhard Wolf, Andrea and filmmaker **Carsten Scheuren**.
