Terra Madre Dinner Amsterdam

We all know Dutch food doesn’t have the best reputation. But if you look a bit closer at the people growing, catching, and making our food around Amsterdam, there’s a lot to get excited about. As part of Terra Madre, the global Slow Food celebration of local food cultures and biodiversity, we’re hosting a special four-course dinner that highlights the best seasonal ingredients from our region and the people behind them. The menu will be prepared by an Italian chef with Michelin-star experience, bringing refined technique and Slow Food philosophy to the plate, proof that “good, clean, and fair” can also be deeply delicious. Expect a meal that tells stories of our land and waters of farmers, fishers, and makers working with care for taste and the planet. Come eat with us, learn about the people behind the ingredients, and celebrate the beauty of eating local together.
