SFYN Kenya Ferment Fiesta

This Terra Madre Day, the Slow Food Youth Network is turning up the flavor with a Ferment Fiesta! We’ll be celebrating the power of traditional fermentation by making Muratina (a traditional Kenyan brew), Ucuru wa Mukio (fermented porridge), and Mursik (the famous Kalenjin sour milk). Through these living foods, we’ll reconnect with our roots, share indigenous knowledge, and celebrate the beauty of slow, natural processes that keep our food and culture alive.
