Prepariamo il Tocj in braide

È un evento collegato anche alla campagna "Tutta farina del nostro sacco" che vuole far conoscere i due Presìdi Slow Food del Gemonese (territorio del Friuli Venezia Giulia noto per il disastroso terremoto del 1976) e le comunità che li preservano, si tratta del pan di sorc e del formaggio di turnaria.
