Naija Terra Madre Day - Fermolution

Naija Terra Madre Day - Fermolution is our national gathering that celebrates Nigerian food culture and the people who protect it. It brings farmers, cooks and producers together to share knowledge and explore sustainable ways of growing and eating. This edition features Fermolution, a spotlight on Nigerian fermentation traditions such as ogi, iru and garri. It shows how these methods shape flavour, nutrition and preservation while inspiring new ideas. Together, Terra Madre Naija and Fermolution showcase our heritage and our vision for a good, clean and fair food future in Nigeria.
