Trekking & Food Mountain Walks for Our Terra Madre

We will go to the mountains and test the possibilities of combining trekking activity with slow food approach as well as agroecology, gardening, home cooking and sustainable consumption. We will provide functional training - running, crossfit, trekking, what you will choose. Three sessions are planned in the Masyw Slezy - opening day: 10 December. The sessions are joined between the SF Dolny Slask community and SF Wroclaw Breslavia community for the Terra Madre Day festivities and within the project #kluskaandco that introduces tasting menu for the participants of our sessions and the presentation of the ancient foods of Masyw Slezy. Session dates: 10 Dec, 14 Dec, 16 Dec - always at noon. Location will be given precisely after registration.
