Studio Pangan Warga

Studio pangan Warga is our local movement and unformal school for womens (housewife) at village. We learn together with about local food, cooking with slow food way and we make a traditional local food market called Pasar Ambuwa. In this community we not only cook but learning too and doing workshop about healthy and climate friendly local food, the collerate about local food, environment, climate change etc.. And through our local food market we do campaign about the importance of local food consumptions, traceability and this local food help people to growh their income and help their families... This time in Terra Madre Day 2025 we will took vegetable and local ingredients at garden together, the cooking and discussion about local food and Gorontalo Gastronomy
