From our land to our table
To celebrate Terra Madre Day, we will gather with friends in Bölücek Village to prepare and share a special meal using only ingredients grown and produced locally. Together, we will cook traditional dishes, exchange recipes and stories, and celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of our region. This gathering is about more than sharing food; it is about reconnecting with the land, appreciating seasonal ingredients, supporting local producers, and keeping traditional food knowledge alive. Through cooking and eating together, we hope to celebrate the values of good, clean, and fair food while strengthening our connection to nature, community, and local food culture.
