Coffee Journey
Coffee Journey is the origin trip to coffee community at Maejantai village, Chiang Rai, Thailand. We aim to create this event with Akha Ama Coffee and producers of Slow Food community ( Maejantai sustainable coffee producers) to covey better understanding for roasters, barista, administrators and leaders from Akha Ama Coffee to understand more about the whole value chains of coffee. This journey will enhance understanding of participants to be able to deliver important message from producers to consumers as well as for participants to appreciate their career and position as advocators for Good, Clean and Fair Coffee, especially in indigenous territory where very often limited autonomy by national government for their agricultural practicing.
