Join us for a special event celebrating Vin de rosa — a wine rooted in tradition, shaped by nature, and crafted with care by local producers. Together, we’ll explore the unique character of Vin de rosa through guided tastings, delve into the stories and customs that surround it, and learn how it’s produced in balance with the land.
You’ll discover why preserving healthy soil matters, how vines can be cultivated sustainably, and why this wine deserves a place in our future — not just our past. The event aims to inspire a new generation of producers to embrace Vin de rosa and carry its legacy forward and present Presidium VIn de rosa as a form of collaboration.
To complete the experience, together we’ll prepare and enjoy traditional Istrian soup (istarska supa), made with local wines from nearby vineyards.
