Snail of appreciation and fruits of collaboration
The event celebrates the successes of our first year of activity. During the event:
We will launch the “Snail of Appreciation” initiative and present the first symbolic Snail to Rozmarin Cafe, as a sign of recognition for their commitment to Slow Food values and community engagement;
Producers adhering to the participatory guarantee system (members of the PGS CERT group) will receive Guarantee Certificates;
Consumer-observers in the PGS system and organically certified producers will receive special mentions;
We will present the first Slow Food Education initiative organized at a school in Chișinău.
