VIBRANT - COMPARTIR PARIS COLOMBIA TERRAMADRE2025
We’ve planned a pop-up event in Paris at the end of November to showcase Vibrant — a concept we are developing where nature and wellbeing come together on a plate. The vibrancy we share that evening will continue to spread, as all proceeds will go toward sponsoring a lunch on December 10th for a vulnerable community in Ipiales, a town in the Colombian Andes (the cook’s hometown).
The date of the lunch is no coincidence — it falls upon Terra Madre Day, organized by Slow Food International, reflecting our strong belief in food that is nutritious, clean, and fair for all.
