Bringing together local producers, cooks and food lovers, our celebration explores how food traditions and innovation can enrich one another. Family recipes, seasonal ingredients and artisanal skills meet creative interpretations, showing how our culinary heritage can inspire new dishes and products while staying rooted in the region. Around a shared table, we will discover the stories behind our food and the people who grow, craft and prepare it. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen connections between small producers and their community, and celebrate the diversity of Buzău’s food heritage.
