Post-colonial theory case on Tepache - Fermolution

Teach is a lightly fermented pineapple drink traditionally made in Mexican households and street stalls. During a class on Post Colonia theory at University a small group of students will create a workshop and presentation about the colonial history of fermentation, where they were seen as not clean and not modern, and recent commercialisation of fermented drinks as hipster.
