Lubnan: Milk to Memory
Our Lubnan celebration highlights Lebanon's dairy heritage through a photo exhibit of producers, tastings of rare mountain cheeses such as Darfieh and Serdeleh, and the screenings of two short films honoring those who keep these traditions alive. The event also features the launch and signing of Lubnan: The Dairy Book from the Land of Milk and Honey, supported by the Food Heritage Foundation. Guests will enjoy bites inspired by local dairy culture and wine offered by Sept Winery. all within the warm ambiance of Beyt Cafe, a beautifully restored Lebanese home.
