Fermenting the farm

What’s planned Presentation of an agroecological farm, with insights into the work of one of our network’s producers. Hands-on workshop on dry-salt vegetable fermentation, where we will prepare homemade sauerkraut together. Who will lead the activity Federico Chierico, from Il Chioso, a farm participating in the Mercato della Terra di Biella and a former member of the Slow Food Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta board. Elena Sandrone will guide the workshop, supported by me and whoever already has sauerkraut experience:)
