Family-Style Goan Potluck at Casa Eva

Join us on Sunday, December 14th at 4PM in the historic courtyard of Casa Eva, a 300-year-old ancestral home in Colva. We will celebrate Slow Food's ‘Terra Madre’ Day with a joyful, family-friendly gathering centered around the iconic flavors of Goa. We warmly welcome locals, neighbors, families, students, and children for an inter- generational potluck and invite you to bring one ready-made Goan dish to share–big or small! The sunset evening is all about sharing homemade food and oral traditions in our historic home, which we are reimagining into an evolving community space. We'll have a small barbecue grilling local favorites, but the main event is the communal potluck table. Whether it's your family's secret vindaloo recipe, fluffy sannas, fresh pao/poi sliders, a pot of sorpotel, or dessert like bebinca or batica, your contribution is welcome!
