Slow Food Denmark diplomas
Each year, SF Denmark awards diplomas to 3 producers/venues/groups/activists, who show what good, clean and fair food can be. The jury’s members are from the SF board, one of last year’s recipients and an external chairperson. We ask the chair to choose the year’s theme.
The awards take place at the Groent Market farmer’s market in Copenhagen. After receiving the diplomas, the recipients tell the market public about their work, visions and challenges.
At the Slow Food booth, market-goers can taste Aebleskiver - in the Ark of Taste - and talk to us: about Slow Food Farms, food systems and how to get involved.
