A gathering of friends from Madinah’s Slow food Community in Saudi Arabia celebrating the roots of Medina’s culinary heritage, honoring the ancestral traditions of food passed down by mothers and grandmothers. Fast food threatens authentic flavors so we come together to preserve our identity through the story of The Blessing of Al-Ajwa dates and Medina Identity. The dishes of Medina Table authenticity of Flavors taste from the roots. A Story of Ancestors in a memory festival on the table. We also celebrate the Prophetic Food & Blessings Table from the Prophet’s Time. We are dedicated to sustainable gastronomy, zero waste principles, the use of local and seasonal ingredients, and the protection of biodiversity in the kitchen. Bringing together farmers, producers, winemakers, and chefs, aiming to highlight origin, traditional techniques, and sustainable practices, creating a bridge between gastronomy, craftsmanship, and territory.
